Put Me To Work For You

Before we work together, I'd like you to get to know me better. Please click on the "my blog" button above, or click this link. Buying or selling a home can be an extremely stressful situation. That's why it's so critical to find the right real estate agent. To begin, you should be certain you choose a REALTOR®. We are bound by a strict Code of Ethics. I strive to listen to your wants and do my utmost to exceed your expectations.

First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a fulltime commitment to you. I can and will do that. I have a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. Less than 3% of REALTORS® nationwide have earned that.

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. I have worked in the Inland Empire for five years now, and I have the honor this year as serving as Chairman of the Board for the Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS®. I live here because I love it here. I'm sure if you come to see what this wonderful area has to offer you'll fall in love, too.

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. I'm e-PRO certified, a National Association of REALTORS® designation that means I have completed extensive training in the use of the internet in real estate.
